AS9120B:2016
AS9120 is a management standard intended for distributors operating in the aerospace, defence and security sectors. Its strong emphasis on risk management reflects best practice being demanded by all tiers of the aviation supply chain, and it is key in driving product safety, efficiency and reliability. AS6081
AS6081 was created in response to a significant and increasing volume of fraudulent/counterfeit electronic parts entering the supply chain, posing significant performance, reliability and safety risks. It provides uniform requirements, practices and methods to mitigate the risks of purchasing and supplying fraudulent/counterfeit electronic parts. It can be described as AS5553 for distributors.
JOSCAR
The JOSCAR Registration Mark is valued by some of the largest purchasers in the defence community and indicates that our organisation has gone through the process required to demonstrate our commitment and credentials to our industry.
ERAI
ERAI is a global information services organisation that monitors, investigates and reports issues affecting the global electronics supply chain. It is the world’s largest privately owned database of non-conforming material. ERAI leads the fight against the sale of counterfeit/high risk components and promotes a higher level of awareness via data-sharing, education, training and networking.
Princeps has been an ERAI member since Feb 2007.
IIOM
The International Institute of Obsolescence Management (IIOM) is a not for profit professional body for those involved in, or interested in, obsolescence management. IIOM is dedicated to improving the knowledge and best practice of obsolescence practitioners through education, networking and process development.
Princeps have been IIOM members since 2012.
