Who are component suppliers to the defence industry?
Component suppliers to the defence industry can be put into several distinct categories with each helping a different point of the supply chain.
Original component manufacturers (OCMs) for example, Texas Instruments, Infineon and Vishay, produce semiconductors, passives and electromechanical parts to military standards such as MIL-PRF and MIL-SPEC.
